Below is a helpful FAQ section for anyone interested in ordering a custom portrait from NaNa Bytez Art. This FAQ addresses common questions about the process, what to expect, and future offerings. We’ve provided clear, warm, and confident answers to reassure you at every step.

  1. What kind of custom portraits do you offer?
    We create digital custom portraits drawn from your favorite photos. You can choose a portrait style showing the subject from the shoulders up, waist up, or full body – whichever you prefer for your artwork. All portraits are done in NaNa Bytez’s signature stylized realism style, giving a fun and lifelike result. Right now, we specialize in portraits of people (individuals, couples, families, etc.), turning your cherished moments into a unique digital masterpiece.

  2. How many people can be included in one portrait?
    We can include up to 5 people in a single portrait order. On the order page, you’ll see options to select 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 subjects for your commission. If you have a large group or family gathering with more than 5 people that you’d love to have drawn together, no problem – just reach out to us! We’re happy to discuss special group commissions. We love creating big family portraits, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request (often via a custom order arrangement).

  3. Can you draw pets or is it just people?
    At the moment, our custom portraits focus on people. (After all, NaNa Bytez started by drawing friends and family!) Pet portraits are not offered just yet, but good news: they are in the works and coming soon. We know your furry friends are family too, so we’re excited to offer pet portraits in the near future. Keep an eye on our updates – or even join our email list – and you’ll be the first to know when pet portraits become available!

  4. How do I place an order for a portrait? What’s the process?
    Ordering is easy and straightforward. First, click any of the “Order Now” or “Commission Art” buttons on our site to go to the product page. There, follow these simple steps: select your portrait style (shoulders-up, waist-up, or full-body), choose the number of people to be drawn, and pick a background option (either a free solid background color of your choice or the original background from your photo, if you want it drawn in). Then you’ll be prompted to upload the photo(s) you want turned into art – you can upload your favorite picture that you’d like us to draw. Finally, just add the commission to your cart and check out like a normal purchase. That’s it! Once your order is in, we’ll confirm and get to work on your custom portrait. (If at any point the commissions are at capacity, the site will indicate that orders are temporarily closed – in that case, you can join our waitlist to reserve your spot for the next opening.)

  5. How long will it take to receive my portrait?
    We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround. Your digital portrait will be delivered within 5 business days of placing your order. NaNa Bytez works hard to finish each piece promptly without compromising on quality. Once your artwork is ready, we’ll send it directly to the email address you provided at checkout. You’ll get a notification in your inbox with the finished portrait files attached. (If you need it by a specific deadline sooner than 5 days, let us know – we’ll try to accommodate special timelines when possible.)

  6. What will I receive with my order? Will it be a digital file or a physical print?
    All portraits are delivered as high-resolution digital files. This gives you the most flexibility to use and enjoy your portrait. With each order, you’ll receive a package of PNG image files: one PNG of the artwork with a transparent background (so you can print it on anything or add your own background), one PNG of the artwork against the solid background color you chose, and even a version with a fun stylized background included. If you opted to have the photo’s original background drawn into the portrait, you’ll get that version as well. These files will be emailed to you, and you can easily download them to your device. (Tip: Because the files are high quality, you can print them out yourself if you want a physical copy, or use them to create your own gifts like prints, mugs, etc.)

    Note: We do not send a physical print by default, but we’re working on offering printed products soon (see the next question!). In the meantime, the digital files you receive can be taken to any print shop or used online to create prints, canvas wall art, mugs, and more for personal use.

  7. Do you offer revisions if I want something changed?
    Absolutely – we want you to love your portrait! Each order comes with up to 2 free revisions included. This means after you receive the initial artwork, you can ask for a couple of adjustments if needed. For example, if a small detail doesn’t look right or you’d like a color tweaked, just let us know and we’ll fix it. We’ll happily make those changes to ensure the portrait looks just the way you want. Our goal is to make sure you’re 100% happy with the final result, so don’t hesitate to speak up if something can be improved. (Minor tweaks are usually handled quickly, keeping your delivery timeline on track.)

  8. What is your refund or cancellation policy?
    We understand things can change. You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as we haven’t started drawing yet. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once NaNa Bytez has begun work on your portrait, we cannot issue a refund, since a lot of time and love goes into each custom piece. However, rest assured that if any issue arises, we’ll communicate with you – our priority is that you have a positive experience. In short, if work hasn’t started, you’re entitled to a refund upon cancellation; after work has begun, we commit to finishing the piece and providing revisions to make sure you’re satisfied (so a refund wouldn’t normally be needed at that stage). Custom art is a personalized product, but you can trust that we stand by the quality of our work and your happiness with it.

  9. I noticed orders are limited – what if it says “Sold Out” or I can’t order right now?
    Because NaNa is a young artist (and also a student!), she limits the number of commissions she takes on at any given time to ensure each portrait gets the attention it deserves. If you see a “Sold Out” message or a note about limited orders, that means our commission slots are currently full. Don’t worry though – this is temporary! We regularly open up new slots once current projects are completed. If the portraits are sold out when you visit, we encourage you to join the waitlist (you can subscribe with your email on our site). Joining the waitlist means you’ll be the first to know when new spots open up. We’ll send out an email to waitlisted folks as soon as we’re ready to take new orders, so you won’t miss your chance. We really appreciate your patience and enthusiasm to work with us, and we promise it’ll be worth the wait!   10. Will you offer prints or other products (like mugs or kits) with the portraits in the future?
    Yes! We have some exciting plans in store. In the near future, we plan to offer high-quality printed versions of your portrait (for example, on poster paper or canvas) so you can hang your art on the wall without any extra steps. We’re also looking into fun ways to enjoy your custom art, like coffee mugs featuring your portrait or even a paint-by-number kit based on your portrait (imagine painting your own portrait with a guided kit – how cool is that?). These product options are not available just yet as we’re still perfecting them, but they are coming soon. Stay tuned for announcements on our website or social media.
